Waitakere, Auckland, New Zealand
Not Such Unlikely Art After AllNature is the world’s most beautiful artist; and the powers that be in New Zealand’s Waitakere Ranges Regional Park decided there was no use competing. They’ve erected this giant frame, showcasing the striking scenery of the park—an image that even the best artists of all time could never do justice.
The Waitakere Ranges are a great day trip from Auckland. The park has numerous trails leading to gorgeous waterfalls, tall Kauri trees, and lush foliage. It sits just west of Auckland bordering the Tasman Sea.
