Fresh fish from the North Sea and the Japanese sushi tradition has formed a beautiful friendship in this small restaurant within the large Clarion Hotel Post, located in what used to be the main post office in Gothenburg. The oysters are hand-picked daily by divers, the fish fresh from the fish market at the port, and the predominantly female kitchen team lead by Sophia B. Olsson creates wonders using Japanese and Swedish flavors.
