Buffalo mozzarella straight from Naples, Sicilian-inspired pasta dishes, and whole-baked fish are on the menu, accompanied by natural wines that have been a Vivant signature since it opened in 2012.

Svante Forstorp of Vivant Cave, a svelte 10th-arrondissement wine bar, is known for his unexpected flavor pairings (tomato salad with shiso leaves) and the occasional Nordic nod (juniper berries in a homemade garlic spaghetti). This appeared in our May/June 2016 issue.
