Vintage kitchen is a committed farm-to-table restaurant. Cordon Bleu graduate Chef Philip Craig Thomason uses fresh, locally sourced ingredients to assemble varied lunch and dinner menus. The dinner entrees include a few American classics, updated with a modern and upscale flourish, like their brown butter Chesapeake Bay flounder, or their "Pig Pickin'" dish, featuring a bone-in chop along with a selection of pulled pork, sausage, ham, and bacon with an apple cider reduction.
