A group of us had a wonderful experience creating a tradition meal in Vamos in Crete. Koula Barydakis was an engaging, fun and knowledgable instructor. Her English is very good. She made it easy and delightful to participate in a multi course meal including lamb stew, salad, cheese pies, and even dolmas (so much better than we has before). The school is in a rustic stone building where we done outside among the fragrant flowers. She also offered instruction on traditional and Cretan herbs. Fabulous!
