These three little boys caught my attention after following me around for 10 minutes as I was exploring a nearby village. Fascinated by the stranger in their midst - and looking like they were up to some sort of mischief - these future Samoan playboys stood still long enough for me to take their photo.
I had little idea the To Sua Trench existed until locals told us about it. We ventured our way there, paid our money at the gate, then started walking around. Imagine our amazement when we looked through some ferns to see a giant hole in the ground with the water surging in from the sea.
Even the driver who had taken us there came over, looked down, and just said it was so beautiful it made him proud to show visitors there. Looking back at the photo now makes me envious... and a lot cooler on a hot summer's day.
