Helmed by Chef Michael Anthony of Gramercy Tavern, this seasonally driven restaurant is on the ground floor of the recently relocated Whitney Museum. Architect Renzo Piano designed the industrial-inspired space, seen through the cement flooring, wooden furniture, and glass façade. In addition to serving lunch, dinner, and brunch on weekends, Untitled has “Neighbors’ Night” that serves New York-focused cocktails, like the “Not L.I. Iced Tea (vodka, vermouth, lemon, and cola) and snacks, like New York cheddar and chive biscuits.
