Untitled Restaurant Helmed by Chef Michael Anthony of Gramercy Tavern, this seasonally driven restaurant is on the ground floor of the recently relocated Whitney Museum. Architect Renzo Piano designed the industrial-inspired space, seen through the cement flooring, wooden furniture, and glass façade. In addition to serving lunch, dinner, and brunch on weekends, Untitled has “Neighbors’ Night” that serves New York-focused cocktails, like the “Not L.I. Iced Tea (vodka, vermouth, lemon, and cola) and snacks, like New York cheddar and chive biscuits.
