Most days, Union Pig and Chicken serves proper barbeque (dry rub ribs and slow-cooked pork shoulder). But the real standout is Sunday brunch, when owner Jessica Kayser cooks her masterpiece: fried chicken and waffles with baked macaroni and cheese, chicken gravy and spiced cherry honey. It begs for a house-made bloody mary or bourbon with milk.
