Basile Studios (basilestudio.com), a San Diego design and fabrication studio, has created a cool window system that doubles the indoor/outdoor dining area, and let’s guests bring their dogs along. My ramen, ‘Belly of the Beast’, included a soft boiled egg, oxtail dumplings, smoked brisket hoisin, and glazed short ribs for $12 and it was delicious.
