Tribeca carefully considers every aspect of their food: paying close attention to each ingredient, its preparation, and the meal's impact on the environment. They cook with locally grown, organic, and sustainable foods, and prepare almost everything on-site from scratch. Their pizzas, for example, are completely homemade—from the fresh dough to the mozzarella. Their dedication to the farm to table and slow food movements is apparent in their delicious meals.
