I have yet to see more than two people at once on Treasure Beach's wide black sand stretches. The sea here is no less stunning, and you'll spot plenty of birds complementing this charming scenery of fishing villages spread out along the coast. There are four beaches or sections: Great Bay, Calabash Bay, Frenchman's Bay, Billy's Bay and Fort Charles--all great picks. You'll find swimming coves along the way--stick to the shallow waters--ideal for relaxing and picnicking. It's not only a slower pace on Treasure Beach, it's as peaceful as it gets.
