We popped in for breakfast and worked our way through an incredible line-up of Enmoladas, Huevo con Machaca, Chilaquiles Rojos o Verdes, Molletes Clásico, Vegetario, or de la Casa, Huevos al Gusto con Guarnición de Frijoles. Everything was prepared with the simple focus to make the carefully sourced, in-season ingredients shine and explode your taste buds. Francisco Ruano's food is art.
