The menu is legendary, the wine cellar is huge (400,000 bottles) and the view of Notre Dame is a knockout. Must-have dish: the pressed duck, created in 1867 for the king of Prussia and his guests Czar Alexander II and Prince Otto von Bismarck. Closed Sundays, Mondays and the month of August.
