Delightful Tiramisu in Turkey's Capital
I must admit I'm not a fan of tiramisu, as the squishy lady fingers/sponge cake and overwhelming cream isn't a pleasant consistency for my palate. However, Tomato on Park Caddesi has found a near perfect balance for me. The soft creamy (not overly creamy) dessert had just enough coffee flavor to make me feel as though I was in Italy, or at least near the border. After stuffing my face with a savory pizza of dripping cheese topped with rocket, this sweet decadence was welcomed into my belly.
