At Tin Hall in Cypress, northwest of Houston, Texans have been partying for over 125 years, since 1889. Known as the oldest reception hall in the Houston area, it’s a great space for private events with true Texas theme and decor, and is also open to the public. Bands are lined up for months in advance for Tin Hall’s public dances, and each Sunday you can come out for all of the crawfish and beer you can eat and drink. It goes until 7pm or until the crawfish is gone. With other special events happening often, Tin Hall is known for its country music but also brings in DJ’s that play all genres of music, so you can get your dancing on in just about any form or fashion that you’d like.
