Hands down one of my most memorable meals in Singapore. After trying local delights at hawker stalls, we craved some Western fare & headed to The Study for lunch to find a deal as delicious as the fare-- 30Sing for three courses, crafted by Michelin star chef Jason Atherton no less. Truly we were full and satiated after the starter-- cauliflower soup complemented by manchego toasties for my partner and beet, hazelnut, & burata salad for me. Then came the entrees and desserts (him--hamburger/donut & salted caramel cream; me-- snapper with potato-parsnip-kale mash/berry tart & ice cream).
