Catch A Show At The Red House
Originally built in 1908 under Japanese rule, this redbrick octagonal building was at one time a market but lives on today as a popular cultural space. Located near the trendy Ximending Pedestrian Zone, visitors to the Red House can learn more about the history of the building, grab a snack at the cafe inside or even buy some home decor by local artists. The main draw to the theater though are the regularly scheduled performances on the second floor of the building. For the perfect night out, be sure to enjoy dinner at one of the many trendy restaurants nearby followed by a night out at the theater.
