The Landing is a currently abandoned building with an ocean view. You can easily park just outside its gates and walk around to gain access to the ocean front. From there, take a second to check out some of the wall art before heading off to the north to find a trail that wanders up the berm of the beach and is lined with coconut trees. If you’re lucky, maybe you can find a fresh coconut to crack open!
