The Harvest Room
The award-winning restaurant Harvest Room is run by Kevin Dundon, one of Ireland’s top celebrity chefs, who also owns the luxury country-house hotel the restaurant is in, an elegant Georgian manse on the Hook Peninsula in Wexford. Many of the fruits and vegetables and all of the herbs come from the kitchen gardens, and the rest of the ingredients are from local farms and fishermen. On the weekends, an eight-course tasting menu is available. There’s also a champagne bar, a pub, and a cooking school on-site.
