Designer Label, Designer Dining
It doesn't make sense—but one of the hottest dining spots in Beijing is located in a showroom full of designs from Georg Jenson. It’s high-concept Danish fusion that uses eclectic ingredients that may be a bit too pretentious for some. Persevere, however, because the food delivers tastes that you’ve yet to experience. The restaurant itself is a stunning architectural showcase, with soaring steel beams covering ancient (looking, at least) stone slabs and smart-looking Scandinavian furniture under the rooftop eaves.
