The Firehouse Restaurant

In historic Old Sacramento, the Firehouse Restaurant has been a favored dining destination for locals and tourists, as well as many of California’s politicians, since opening in 1960. The restaurant occupies the original home of the Sacramento No. 3 Firehouse, built in 1853. This was the first building in Old Sacramento to be restored and is now a designated historical landmark. The atmospheric interior features wood brick walls and elegant chandeliers, but, if the weather is nice, you can grab an outdoor garden table to peruse the fine dining, seasonally changing, menu.
