Because it has its own organic garden, the Brasserie is particularly well-known for amazing salads: Think roasted local pumpkin with goat cheese, fried pumpkin seeds and lemon vinaigrette—or melon with pickled cucumber, garden mint, red onion, feta and olives drizzled with watermelon vinaigrette. But this being the Cayman Islands, the restaurant offers a fabulous catch of the day, too.
