Sustainably Fished Sushi in Three Locations
The best part about eating the sushi at Tataki is its sustainably fished, so you don't have to worry that you're consuming the last of a species. It's also pretty dang delicious not to mention beautifully presented. There are three Tataki locations around San Francisco
today, each serving a slightly different menu. Tataki Canyon is the latest installment in the family and besides the sushi bar menu, it focuses on a delightful house ramen. The traditional noodle dish is made entirely from scratch and comes in three different base flavors including soy and spicy garlic miso. There is also a small list of house specials that include lightly seared fish and seafood if you prefer to not eat your fish entirely raw. Quality is very good throughout.
