The second you step into this modern bistro, you’re struck by the reflections from the beautiful mirrored ceiling. I had my 30th birthday dinner here, and because I’m especially interested in desserts, I remember this deconstructed lemon tart. It had toasted puffs of meringue and dabs of lemon curd, and it was dressed with edible flowers. The chef, Olivier Le Corre, used to be a graffiti artist, so he adds a lot of these artistic splashes. This appeared in the January/February 2017 issue.
