If you’re looking for a special spot to celebrate an occasion or a loved one Scottsdale, make your way to T. Cook’s. Chef Paul McCabe is an Arizona native from Sedona’s red rock country who’s inspired by local, seasonal ingredients. His menu abides by fresh Mediterranean principles and features grown-up takes on comfort food. The bolognese, for example, is made with rabbit and sits atop a bed of edible flowers, while short rib-stuffed ravioli is paired with scallops, chanterelle mushrooms, and a little peach for sweetness. Brunch is a popular draw, too, with sweet and savory options that include lemon ricotta pancakes and a pancetta omelet.

Exceptional Re-Launch of T.Cook's and The Mix Up Bar

This past week T.Cook’s and The Mix UP Bar re-launched after being closed for the summer. The makeover was phenomenal. In addition to a terrific job with decorating, the mixologists of The Mix Up Bar did an outstanding job with offering a wide variety of unusual drinks. T. Cooks chefs created a wide selection of tastes to satisfy every whim and desire from appetizers to desserts. The creativity came through in the flavor and presentation. Whereas this event was packed with happy guests, the ambiance is so inviting we are looking forward to returning. Plus Norm was enjoying the champagne and wants to have the Blackberry Bramble Shrub I thoroughly enjoyed! This is high on my list of a great place for a cocktail and appetizer or dinner. Located in the Royal Palms, you can also spend the night. That is what I want to do, as I understand 26 of its rooms have been renovated and I love the feeling of this small, intimate resort. #NewTCooks @TCooksPhoenix
