As a local Neapolitan, I enjoy the fiery sunsets just about every day in Naples. The southwest Florida sunsets go on forever like a never-ending light show of bursting red, orange, and gold. Recently when friends visited, they treated us to a catamaran sunset sailing cruise - and it was so much fun. I love having my feet in the sand watching the sun go down, but sometimes taking in this view while you're on the water is even better.
I hadn't heard of the Sweet Liberty until now, and it certainly won't be the last time we go out with them and bring other friends and family with us. Though it wasn't as sunny, and an early-evening squall drenched us with warm rain, we chose to stay out on deck for most of it. But if don't feel like getting wet, there's plenty of room under cover. Either way, and despite the rain, it was another beautiful sunset, and the Captain and crew couldn't have been nicer and more helpful.
Passengers are welcome to bring a small cooler or picnic basket with your food and beverage of choice (beer/wine welcome).
