Street Sixty

Authentic Cambodian Street Food in Siem Reap
It's surprisingly hard to find authentic Cambodian food in Siem Reap. Almost every restaurant in the city serves up some sort of Cambodian-Thai hybrid cuisine. At the night market on Street 60, though, you'll find what you're looking for. Every night, produce hawkers, clothing vendors, and even rides for children take over, but the highlight of the market is the street food. You can have a sit-down hotpot dinner, barbecued meat on a stick, insects, and pretty much anything else you can imagine, and it's all delicious! I went to the market two nights in a row just for the papaya salad.
