Tara Stiles, Strala Yoga's founder and guide, is known for her laid back approach to yoga that has sometimes been called revolutionary and rebellious.
Strala has several meanings including moving with ease and accomplishing ‘hard things’ easily. That is exactly what you can expect when attending Tara's class. It is a moving flow that builds strength, balance, and flexibility. Tara and the other instructors will guide you through a series of movements and encourage you to "do what feels good". When you leave the class you'll feel light and grounded, and probably a little bit sweaty too.
