As its name suggests, lunch and dinner food go vertical at this restaurant inside the Mirage. The traditional steak-house fare here extends to seafood, but the real stars of the menu are the side dishes: adult tater tots, Buffalo cauliflower (with blue cheese), and loaded mac & cheese are among the most delicious. Diners also love the appetizer list, which includes pigs in a blanket, and the sophisticated cocktail program. The restaurant's walls—tall undulating stacks of curved and backlit strips of polished wood—make the space feel at times like a sandstone canyon and at others like a vast Finnish sauna.
