St. Tryphon’s Cathedral

St. Tryphon’s Cathedral
Built in 1166, the Catholic cathedral dedicated to Kotor’s patron saint Tryphon is sure to impress with its two towers, massive columns and vaulted roofs, as well as its many fine examples of local gold and silversmithing. The saint’s relics are kept upstairs in the Treasury, while the Cathedral’s terrace offers a bird's-eye vista of the City Hall and the Austrian Archives building.
