Explore the Crypts at the St. Michan's Church
Founded in 1095, St. Michan’s Church is an active house of worship in Dublin. Additionally, the church is known for it crypts containing the mummified remains of some of “Dublin’s most influential 17th, 18th, and 19th century families,” such as the Sheares brothers and the Earl of Leitrim. Tours of the crypts are offered to visitors throughout the year.
