Spring Grove Cemetery

4521 Spring Grove Avenue

Cemeteries aren’t often recommended as tourist attractions or wedding locales, but Cincinnati’s Spring Grove cemetery and arboretum is a favorite of local families, tourists, and brides and grooms. Known as a museum without walls, the beautiful setting and historic memorials make for a lovely place for a picnic, walk, or concert. Guided tours are available (even on Segways in the summer) to learn about the park’s horticulture and famous residents, including Messrs. Proctor and Gamble, members of the Taft family, and a long list of Civil War generals.
