There is a culture to wilderness travel as much as traveling to a foreign country. The quiet. The dominance (for lack of a better word) of a value set different from your own. There's nothing quite so humbling as watching the millions of stars appear at night, and the OTHER million stars reflecting off the surface of the lake. It felt like we were swimming in stars.
