Most date from the 19th and early 20th centuries. You can stretch your legs and mind at once with a self-guided walking tour of the many Queen Anne, Second Empire, and Federal Revival homes and businesses in the neighborhood. South Norwalk is not only of historic interest, however. SoNo, as it’s commonly called, has emerged as one of the hottest areas in southern Connecticut, with diners drawn both by the top-rated restaurants and the waterfront setting.
