At 9am or 2pm a local will welcome us and take us to the cellar where stores for the winter are kept (different jams, compotes, ramson spread, basil sauce – pesto, syrups for better health, fruit juices, pickled vegetables, parsley in salt, dried fruit). The local will share the knowledge of traditional preparing of canned food. She will show us how she is making one kind of stores for the winter (depending on a month when workshop is conducted).
