Spectacular 360 degree views along Skinners Bluff hiking trail
Along the northern part of Ontario's legendary Bruce Trail, there’s a hidden slice of the Niagara Escarpment offering stunning views to those who seek it out. A short drive from nearby Wiarton leads visitors to the start of the 7.5 kilometre trail known as Skinners Bluff. Majestic maple, birch and oak trees shade a rocky trail that passes by an old farmhouse, horses grazing in a meadow, and cliffs that form rock canopies some 80 feet high. Along some lookout points you will have a 360 degree view of Georgian Bay and its surrounding landscape.
