When roaming the streets of San Francisco, pray to the angels above that you'll hear a trumpet playing The Godfather theme. Follow your ears and you'll run into Gabriel Angelo.
Dressed in an apple cap, bowtie and taps on his shoes, Gabriel is San Francisco's very own miniature Dizzie; as in Gillespie. He's 12 years old, multi-talented and the boy's got a smile that just won't quit.
You can find him around Union Square, the Embarcadero or the Westfield shopping center at 5th and Mission. And if you do, be sure to tip big. Gabriel saves the money he makes playing on the streets to work on himself as an artist by taking lessons at the San Francisco Conservatory. Plus, those costumes don't come cheap.
Did I mention he was recently on Ellen and America's Got Talent? Yep, straight to the top this kid.
And one day you'll see him on TV and brag to your friends, "I've seen him play. Yeah, in San Francisco before he got super famous."
