Sirince is a small village, a short drive from the ruins of Ephesus. Overlooking Sirince is a lovely guest house called The Terrace Houses.
It's run by a wonderful Turkish/English family. The weekend we stayed the youngest daughter was ably in charge. She and one of the local women cooked us meals on the terrace.
This dish was from a dinner at dusk. She didn't know what the real name was for the greens. They called them "sea weeds", since they only grow near the sea. In any case they were delicious; cooked with garlic and lemon.
The bottle of wine and the view weren't bad either.
