Oyster lovers will be spoiled for choice at Shuckers, where the seasonal oyster menu can be prepared nine different ways: Olympic, casino, Northwest oyster bennies, smoked citrus BBQ, Rockefeller, parmesan, house-smoked, pan-fried, and Provencal. They also offer steak, chicken, and seafood. The restaurant is located in a former haberdashery (a men's clothing shop); keep an eye out for the wooden paneling and original tin ceiling. Sample a pint of honey ale brewed made with the hotel’s own rooftop-hive honey, available on tap. Happy hour is M–F from 3:00–5:00 p.m. Reservations are recommended.
