One of Birmingham’s first food trucks, Mac and Chad of Shindigs will do lunch right for you. Track them down via Twitter, Facebook, or their website and then take your time deciding which of their “vittles” to chow down on. All of their ingredients are locally sourced and the meat is responsibly raised, so you know you’re getting the best. The pork belly steam buns alone are worth tracking down Miss Piggy, and often you will find her in either the downtown financial or medical districts.
