If you want to see some wildlife while you're in Vancouver, I highly recommend Sewell's Marina Sea Safari. After departing their dock in West Vancouver's Horseshoe Bay in a high-speed inflatable boat, you whiz around Howe Sound taking in stunning ocean and mountain views. The highlight is a stop at Pam Rocks, a marine sanctuary, where dozens of seals sunbathe on the rocks. You'll probably even see some babies. And here's a tip: If you don't want to go with the group, you can rent your own boat from Sewell's Marina (all you need is a valid driver's license) and go out to Pam Rocks yourself.
