The Most Creative Little Bistro in Tuscany
This little restaurant was found quite by accident on recent travels in Southern Tuscany, and now that I know where it is I know I'll forever have a reason to return to this part of Italy. Davide went to culinary school, studied in France, and returned to Italy to open a restaurant with his sister, Giulia. Their partnership, in this refurbished cantina tucked into the medieval walls of Torre del Colle, produces some of the most creative, delicious, and unexpectedly delightful cuisine I've ever had in Italy. Go for their buffet lunch, or go for an amazing four course dinner, but GO.
