The power of religion
As a student of history, I have often been amazed in Northeast Asia by the lacking presence Christianity has in the region. Now I am not religious, but have always been fascinated by the role it played in various regions. In Korea though, Christianity is king in this former Buddhist kingdom. Though I am not sure how I feel about the sheer number of churches in Seoul, I can say the eerie glow of the red crosses can't stop me from feeling that if there is a God... somehow He is watching...
