Farm-Fresh Food at the Broadway Market
Many of Seattle’s farmers markets are seasonal, but the Broadway market in Capitol Hill is one of the few year-round markets, open every Sunday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. As you wander the stalls in front of Seattle
Central Community College, you’ll find in-season fruits and vegetables from Puget Sound and around the state, plus farmstead cheeses, organic meats and seafood, honey, eggs, and flower bouquets. If you’re more interested in brunch, try the baked goods, quinoa veggie bowls, and soups. Plenty of vegan and gluten-free choices here, but some stands are cash-only.
