Santa Barbara Arts and Crafts Show

Santa Barbara Arts and Crafts Show
Every Sunday along the beachfront, artists living and working in Santa Barbara County line up and display their original drawings, paintings, graphics, sculpture, crafts and photography for sale. Called the Santa Barbara Arts and Crafts Show, it is located on Cabrillo Boulevard from Stearns Wharf to Calle Cesar Chavez. According to City of Santa Barbara "the show is the only continuous, non-juried Arts Festival in the world."

Stroll along the palm tree-lined sidewalk and immerse in the creative talents of local artisans. Some 200 members, from professional artists represented by local galleries to amateur drawers and painters participate. Started in 1965 by Robert Eischen and a group of local artists, the Santa Barbara Arts and Crafts Show is inspirated by the sidewalk art shows of Europe and the "Jardín del Arte" in Mexico City.

Official show hours are from 10am until dusk.
