Asian Breakfast of Champions
My mornings in Hong Kong are normally spent doing errands and perhaps recovering from the previous night, as I will admit that the nightlife scene in Hong Kong is probably the most active of anywhere I travel. Congee is the best way to start the morning, and in my opinion, also the best cure for a hangover. There are many small stalls and restaurants in the alleys of Central that sell great congee. Hong Kong milk tea is also a great way to jumpstart the day. It is legendary, delicious, and a great alternative to coffee, which I do not drink. —Mark Bright
