Farm Fresh Flavor at Salt's Cure
Only a few tables fit in the unassuming Salt's Cure restaurant on Santa Monica Ave. Their rotating menu of farm fresh dishes is scribbled on a chalkboard each day and meals are are publicly prepared in the open kitchen behind the bar. Their ingredients are all California grown-and-raised and their protein is butchered and cooked in house to perfection. While most menu items change daily, their signature thick medium-rare Pork Chop with apple puree is a juicy flavorful staple.
