Bonnie without Clyde
One of the world's most infamous female criminals, Bonnie Parker of Bonnie and Clyde fame was born in Rowena, Texas in 1910. Her famous 1930s crime spree with her lover Clyde Barrow made the two folk heroes as well as the subject of the Warren Beatty/Faye Dunaway film Bonnie and Clyde. After a police ambush (seen in the film's last scene) the two were gunned down. They wanted to be buried together but they didn't get their last wish. Bonnie Parker is buried at the Crown Hill Memorial Park Cemetery in Dallas while Clyde is interred in a locked and inaccessible Western Heights Cemetery also in Dallas.
