The RFC has (get ready), a running track, free weights, a basketball court, aquatic classes, spinning, yoga, pilates, a lap pool, volleyball, tennis, racquetball, (catch my breath), a cafe, child care, group exercise classes, CV equipment, (just breath), a steam and sauna room, and last but not least, tanning booths. So basically they have everything but the kitchen sink under one roof. With a selection of fitness activities like this, you truly have no excuse for not getting in that workout while your on the road for business. And if it makes you feel better, consider this: after a killer workout here, you can go to any of the great restaurants that are just a stone’s throw away- you’ve earned it!
