Bath, a great city for history buffs... and Spa lovers!
I live in London and decided to visit Bath during the Bank Holiday Weekend. I wasn’t disappointed! It’s a very beautiful city in Somerset, particularly famous because of its Roman baths.
If you love Antiquity like I do, you can’t miss the baths. It’s so fascinating to be walking around these ruins that still look very good for their age. You can even have diner with your significant other in the baths and feel like you are a Roman Emperor/Empress.
They set up your table along the baths, and you’re surrounded by columns and candles glowing romantically.
If you want to spend an amazing time that’s out of the ordinary, I really suggest you give it a go, particularly if you’re a history buff.
You can fly to Bath with Ryanair, or go by train with services such as Trainline. If you’re driving there, you can book a parking spot in advance via YourParkingSpace.
